There are some possible solutions to your problem. I will list them in order of probability:
1) Install OpenSSL from SLproWeb (*** The link is only visible for members, go to login. ***) :

Win32 OpenSSL v1.0.1L : *** The link is only visible for members, go to login. ***

- if you see a message that you need to install the matching 32bit Visual C++ 2008 Runtime/Redistributable, install this version:

*** The link is only visible for members, go to login. ***

2) If the 32bit version of OpenSSL is not enough, install the 64bit version also:

Win64 OpenSSL v1.0.1L : *** The link is only visible for members, go to login. ***

- if you see a message that you need to install the matching 64bit Visual C++ 2008 Runtime/Redistributable, install this version:

*** The link is only visible for members, go to login. ***

3) And finally, if you still get that infamous 0xC000007b error message, install the 2013 Redistributables:

Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2013 (vcredist_x86.exe)

*** The link is only visible for members, go to login. ***

Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2013 (vcredist_x64.exe)

*** The link is only visible for members, go to login. ***

However, there is a chance that your error can be caused by OpenSSL files already installed on your computer. If that is the case, you will have to test if you A) need to remove the LIBEAY32.dll + SSLEAY32.dll files from the repack core folder, or B) if you need to uninstall an old version of OpenSSL installed on your system. Check if your Control Panel (Programs/Uninstall a program) list contains a version of OpenSSL already. If so, you may need to uninstall that one first. If that uninstall finishes without errors, test the repack again.
